PEACOCK PIGEON, 2026

Peacock Pigeon explores how identity can transform when we change how we see ourselves. A pigeon stepping into the splendour of a peacock suggests that confidence and beauty are not fixed by status, reputation, or how others categorise us, but can emerge through mindset and self-belief. Real peacock feathers heighten this sense of transformation, blurring the line between reality and imagination.

The work invites us to consider what is true, what we accept as true and what might become true when we shift our view and allow a more radiant version of ourselves to appear.
